Our software is designed to calculate S&H costs for all International orders. However, in the event shipping cost is significantly different than what is predicted by our software we will notify our customer via with actual shipping and handing costs. Upon approval from our customer we then will credit/debit payment accordingly (Credit Card/Paypal). Customers are responsible for any customs, duty or taxes imposed on foreign orders. Please note that the shipping schedule is quoted by the shipping company and any delays are the responsibility of the shipping company. Libasdesigns.com cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, damage or loss. International Shipping cost does not include local government fees/custom duties and shipping company handling fees where applicable and Customer agrees to pay such fees where applicable.
Bad Check Collection Inforcement Policy: LibasDesigns.com works with thirdparty checks collection agencies.All checks returned NSF will be electronically debited for the face value of the check plus a returned processing fee as allowed by state law.
Coupon Use Limitation:
Only one coupon code will be accepted by our system per order. Use of multiple coupon codes for the same order is prohibited and will not be accepted. We reserve right to cancel order with notification to customer when use of expired, invalid coupon code or forced coupon code is utilized to lower order total. LibasDesigns.com reserves right to cancel all and any coupon code anytime.
When you return merchandize, any coupon applied toward order will be deducted first.
Since we are changing our business model to wholesale price to all customers regardless of quantity, we will have to recover cost paid to third party by us to process orders. We will deduct 5% plus S&H fee when posting credit to your account for retuned goods. If you have used any promotional coupon toward purchase this amount will also be deducted from the refund amount. Custom made or Altered items bu us upon request or by customers after purchase are not returnable. Instead of refund if you accept LibasDesigns.com Gift Certificate for future purchases then we will waive 5% deductio and provide full merchandize value via electronic gift certificate less any S&H paid for the order. Please ask for Gift Certificate in writing when you return merchandize.
First of all, we don't leave any room for such a situation to arise but if at all it does we are open to refund money less 5% for order processing fee plus our actual shipping & handling expenses - Higher of $9.99 or actual shipping charge paid by us including insurance and special handling charges (Minimum $9.99 when Shipping is offered Free). Please note that you are responsible to paying shipping charges when you return item(s) back to us and this amount is not refundable as well. If customer uses our UPS or FEDEX Account to retiurn order or open box/bag and then return back to UPS/FEDEX as "unoppened refuse to accept order" we will deduct additional $20 or actual charge which ever is higher for handing return back to us.
All in-stock items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Simply contact us to obtain return Authorization Number and ship product in original re-sellable condition (un-washed, un-worn, no odor of any type) at your own expense. Full rmercahndize value less 5% order processing fee ( NOTE: S&H is not refundable - Higher of $9.99 or actual shipping charge paid by us including insurance and special handling charges) will be granted if all of our return term and conditions are satisfied. Please allow five business days to post return to your credit card or Paypal.
If merchandize is returned after 7 business days of receipt of goods but no later than 30 calendar days OR without prior approval and Return Authorization Number, we will post credit less 25% restocking fee and any S&H costs from our side. Since our designs/inventory changes weekly we can not accept any return after 30 days of receipt of goods.
For custom ordered items, since each order is tailored/altered exclusively for our customers, we are constrained to have a policy of no exchange or refund except where there is a clear manufacturing defect. In such case our management will authorize exchange but customer will be responsible for shipping cost to our New Jersey, USA stock point. Item/s must be return within 1week of the receipt date. For more information call 609-426-9847. Return in case of damage requires email authorization. Item/s returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and returned to the customer. Exchange: Simply return item per our return policy and re-order. We will post credit to your credit card for the returned items (Return Policy rule Applies).
Validity of order:
Once the order is placed and payment for the goods made via any of the permitted options, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery. If order is made but payment is pending (Payment not completed through Paypal, Google Checkout, Credit card is declined or billing address is different than what is recorded by customers bank) or Billing/Shipping address is incorrect than order will be considered invalid and purchased items will be available to other customers for immediate purchase. LibasDesigns.com reserves right to cancel order in such events.Once order is shipped, order can not be cancelled. You can always return merchandize within 7 days to get refund. Refusing to accept from shipping company shipment once shipped will result in returned shipment fees and buyer agrees to pay all expenses which will be dudected from the order payment.
Libasdesigns.com firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits, accessories or jewelry ordered. All color options offered on our website is an exercise to provide our customers with the maximum available choices. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium.
Customers are required to dry clean all received new clothings first to insure residual dyes and colors if any are removed from clothing before using it. Disconitue to use clothing if color bleeding is noticed. LibasDesigns.com is not responsible for any damage caused by color bleeding.
The garments sold at Libasdesigns.com are hand made/crafted in the finest traditions of India's textile crafts. Irregularities in weave, block print or embroidery are a characteristic of the process and beyond our control. At times actual outfit may be little different in design than displayed on the website as they are hand made, hence beyond our control.
* Pants in suits & cholis in choli suits have elastic behind for adjustment to nearest size.
* Since majority of the outfits are semi finished at times, it is not possible to increase/decrease sleeve length &/or top length. Before purchasing the outfit, please call or email us, if you have any question pertaining to length.
* Unless stated all outfit sold on our website are “DRY CLEAN” only. Most Indian crafted outfits use Natural or Synthetic dyes and requires special treatment before you can actually wash them. We strongly recommend using “DRY CLEAN” method and never wash in washing machine. All new outfits must be firt "DRY CLEAN" before using it to prevent any color bleeding problem.
