Payment Options and Billing:
Libasdesigns.com accepts almost all major credit cards, Google Checkout and PAYPAL for on-line purchases. In an effort to avoid credit card fraud, Libasdesigns.com will ship to a different address as long as the bill to address can be confirmed. Libasdesigns.Com uses the Address Verification Service (AVS) by the supporting credit card companies. For safeguarding our customers, if a billing address cannot be confirmed we will NOT ship the items out. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Domestic shipping:
LibasDesigns.com offers 2 methods of shipping, USPS 3-5 days and UPS ground 5-7 days. Orders received by 4:00pm EST (1:00 PST) Monday through Friday will be processed between 2-3 business days, once billing and credit card information has been authorized and confirmed. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and the Virgin Islands are notified via email with the cost of Shipping and Handling.
International shipping:
All International orders are notified via e-mail with the cost of Shipping and Handling (S&H). Once acceptance of the S&H fee is received, the order is shipped via international carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs, duty or taxes imposed on foreign orders. Please note that the shipping schedule is quoted by the shipping company and any delays are the responsibility of the shipping company. LibasDesigns.Com cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays.
Validity of order:
Once the order is placed and payment for the goods made via any of the permitted options, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery.
